Tasting Notes:

Light and bright palate with ripe cherry, strawberry and light red berry fruits along with a hint of violet and sweet spices.

Technical:

Machine harvested in the cool of the night, the must was cold soaked for 4 days before being fermented with select yeast strains. The wine was then transferred to 20% new and 80% second fill French barrique, hogshead and puncheon barrels where it is aged for 12 months.
