Tasting Notes:

Bright and fresh red fruit flavours with satsuma plum and notes of pepper and spice.Smooth and generously layered with some savoury notes supported by fine tannins and subtle French oak. A lively acid structure binds these components into a wine that has wonderful length, generosity of fruit and elegance.

Technical:

Bright and fresh red fruit flavours with satsuma plum and notes of pepper and spice.Machine harvested in the cool of the night, the must was cold soaked for 5 days before being fermented with select yeast strains. The wine is then transferred to 40% new and 60% second fill French barrique, hogshead and puncheon barrels where it is aged for 16 months.
