Tasting Notes:

Strawberry, cherry and some leaf and toffee notes on the nose.Light and bright with red cherries plum fine tannins and a touch of spice and acid on the finish.

Technical:

Sourced from a single vineyard and naturally open fermented with 10% whole bunch to add complexity and depth of flavour then pressed into barrel for aging. Aged in used French oak hogsheads for 9 months prior to filtration and bottling.
