Tasting Notes:

Fleshy vibrant red fruits and plums with some earthy characters. Soft generous and juicy palate with raspberry, strawberry and plum notes being a feature while the tannin is barely there but a kiss of acid rounds it out.

Technical:

Picked in the cool hours of early morning then crushed before cool fermentation with some skin contact. The juice was pressed into stainless steel after six days to optimise colour and flavour. The wine was matured in stainless steel to maintain freshness prior to bottling.
