Yet another outstanding white wine from this classy Adelaide Hills producer, The Lane Block 10 Sauvignon Blanc displays a brilliant white-gold colour with light green hues. It is fine and rich, with a developed bouquet of fresh lime zest, gooseberry, blackcurrant leaf and lemon thyme on the nose. On the palate, it is crisp and taught with hints of gooseberry and white nectarine complimented by lemon sorbet and a mouth-watering crystalline mineral finish. The Block 10 Sauvignon Blanc is jam-packed with primary fruit flavours taste delicious especially when chilled, and it is perfect for pairing with spicy Asian dishes, softshell crabs, and oysters.
