Tasting Notes:

Lifted nose of sweet citrus with grassy, herbaceous notes supported with passionfruit and green capsicum characters. Delicate and fresh with bright passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours, balanced by refreshing acidity.

Technical:

De-stemmed but not crushed, pressed off skins to stainless steel, clarified and fermented at cool temperatures using select yeast strains to enhance varietal characteristics. Extended time on lees to enhance varietal character and structure before being stablised and filtered for bottling.
