Fantastic Sparkling for the price
I purchased the Taylor Ferguson Premium Brut Sparkling just over a month ago for my daughters wedding. It is an amazing wine for the price. The wedding party and guests loved it! A great sparking that I would recommend to anyone needing something special and value for money.

Taylor Ferguson Premium Brut Cuvee
Advised by Dan that this was an excellent sparkling for any occasion. Had tried the sparkling red and it also was excellent. The Brut Cuvee is lively with nice beading. It is well balanced with a good amount of fruit and balanced acidity.This gives it a lovely crisp,sharp,clean and a delightfully refreshing finish.It has a lively bouquet and fresh fruity characters on the palate. Equally enjoyable on its own or as an accompaniment to hors d'oeveuvres and fresh light cuisine. I had mine with smoked salmon and eggs Benedict.
