Yellow gold colour with green tints, the purl is tiny and long lasting. The nose is fresh and vivid with a mix of white flowers, white fleshed fruits, peach and green apples and citrus aromas. The wine develops notes of hazelnut. The attack is frank and vivid with a nice unctuousness. The wine is powerful, well balanced with toasted notes on the finish.
Blend 70 Chardonnay 20 Chenin 10 Mauzac. Exclusively hand-picked of selective grapes. First fermentation in vats with temperature control to develop the palette of aromas, then 2nd fermentation the prise de mousse takes place slowly in the bottle. Ageing on laths during a minimum of 15 months.
