Tasting Notes:

Lark Distillery is the first single malt whisky producer in Tasmania since 1839 and has the perfect climate and environment for producing malt whisky. Lark Distillery Classic Cask Whisky is 43% ABV and is bursting with rich complex aromas of Christmas cake, golden syrup, vanilla, light notes of grapefruit and citrus, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks and a hint of peaty Tasmanian wood-fire smoke. Sweet vanilla flows smoothly across the palate initially, before opening up with butterscotch, nutmeg, cloves, grapefruit and orange peel with a lingering and delightfully smoky finish.
