Tasting Notes:

This Shiraz is black/red in colour, displays a bouquet of red rose petal, Satsuma plum and cranberry, enhanced by subtle cedary French oak and hints of red frangipani. The rich and elegant palate shows spicy mulberry, red currant and pomegranate, enveloped in savoury bramble and black plum notes. Which are complemented by ripe tannins and balanced vanillin oak.

Technical:

The exceptional 2016 vintage gave us quality fruit to work with, which was picked at its optimum flavour. Drink now with aerating or under correct cellaring conditions until 2028.
