Tasting Notes:

This classic, old fashioned, dry style of Rose has aromas of fresh strawberries and cream. A firm acid spine keep the palate fresh, with soft fruit flavours and a lingering finish and a decidingly charming elegance. Sunny day pleasures.

Technical:

Soul Growers aim is to make wines, which emphasise the regional and varietal flavour of our beloved Barossa. We use only traditional winemaking techniques, open fermenting, basket pressing, minimal handlings, no fining and no filtration. The essence of what we strive for is to ensure a lifestyle that is good for the Soul – Wine, Food Family, Music, mates and Fun. This wine is dedicated to the soul mates we have in our lives, without them life would be very different, to our Soul Sister.
