Plums and red currants from the pristine Adelaide Hills fruit with spice and hazelnuts from the 18 months on oak barrels. Big flavours and lots of them. a wine densely packed with flavour. Plums, spices and a lovely, long finish give sophistication to this Shiraz.

Technical:

The Wines are about fruit and vineyard expression. We aim for mouthfeel and drinkability without high alcohol. Our Shiraz vineyard is situation at the highest part of our vineyard so it benefits from cooler temperatures that give more flavour to the resulting wines.18 months in French oak barrels have added to the flavour of the wine.
