The 2020 HRB Bin D694 shiraz brings together two outstanding Shiraz regions. McLaren Vale adds richness and palate weight, with a plum, blackberry and chocolate flavoured core. Frankland River's cool climate and ancient soils, lift the palate adding vibrant blueberry, mineral and subtle violet and black pepper notes. These parcels seamlessly integrate with soft velvety tannins providing structure and length.
Hardy's believes that blending grapes with different characteristics would complement and enhance the qualities of each region, so began Hardy’s rich blending heritage. The HRB range creates examples of stunning multi-regional blended wines Hardys HRB Shiraz is juicy with bright dark fruit flavours, subtle oak spice and fine silky tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now or carefully cellar for up to 12 years.

93 Point Rated & 5 Stars - Sam Kim Wine Orbit
"It's sweetly ripe and inviting on the nose, showing black/blueberry, rich floral, anise and spicy oak aromas, followed by a richly flavoursome palate that's succulent and supple. Upfront and plush with a sustained delectable finish. A blend of grapes from McLaren Vale & Frankland River. At its best: now to 2032. $35.00."
90 Point Rated - Huon Hooke The Real Review
"Deep colour and an aroma of eucalypt forest-floor and coconut, with savoury developed and barrel-aged characters dominating the primary fruit, while the palate is quite savoury again and drying thanks to abundant powdery tannins. Big tannin finish lingers on and on. Time needed, and protein-rich food."
