Dark ruby in colour, with purple hues. Berry, plum and blackberry fruits with spice enhanced by lifted French and American oak. Classic characters of a full bodied Barossa Shiraz. There are fruit flavours reminiscent of dark chocolate, pepper and blackcurrent which combines with the sophisticated, fine and savoury tannin profile
