Tasting Notes:

The palate displays multitudes of cherries dipped in dark chocolate and a soft subtle spice which lingers all the way through to an elegant finish.

Technical:

The wines of Clare Wine Co are all about regionality and pure flavours – the taste of Clare. Clare Wine Co was established in 2008 by premium Barossa producer Kaesler Wines. Winemakers from Kaesler, Stephen Dew and Reid Bosward are responsible for producing the wines under the Clare Wine Co brand. Varieties focused on are riesling, shiraz and cab sauvignon. The vineyards were carefully selected due to their unique soil formations and the micro climates found in the respective vineyards.
