Tasting Notes:

Rich deep brick red with ruby hues.Blackcurrant, chocolate and black pepper. Full flavoured Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon with layered flavours of plums and chocolate, plus a hint of eucalyptus, balanced with rich tannin and smooth lingering finish. 

Technical:

A rich Barossa Cabernet classically made with some extended skin contact to soften the palate. This wine was matured in older American oak for 15 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and tannins to naturally soften.
