Tasting Notes:

Purple with red hues. Perfumed noes of rose petals, crunchy red berry fruit, with a hint of spice. Vibrant red berry fruits burst onto the palate with floral notes. A fine vibrant finish with some spice notes. Great with pasta and prosciutto, Persian feta and basil.

Technical:

The wine is gently handled throughout the winemaking process to ensure that the natural fruit and vineyards characters dominate. Matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak casks. A small parcel of Barbera is added which increases the perfume and adds a vibrancy to the palate. 2014 was a dry and low yielding vintage which produced intensely flavoured Shiraz with ice textures and flavours.
