Medium bodied with fruit flavours of dark black berry and plum with highly varietal cassis Cabernet Sauvignon characters. Rounded velvety smooth tannins flow well with the varietal fruit flavours and under lying vanilla oak.

Pale straw with youthful green notes. Filled to the brim with aromas of pineapple and citrus with subtle hints of gooseberries and passionfruit. Appealing tropical fruit flavours with a dash of lemon and lime zing. Wonderful depth of flavour in its youth which lingers beautifully and combines with a nice refreshing touch of natural fruit acidity.

3x Clare Hills Clare Valley Shiraz Malbec 2021 By Pikes - 14.00% Alc 

Medium to dark cherry red. Black cherry, cassis, mulberry and black forest cake aromas swirl around the glass, flecks of charry oak too. The palate weight is ripe, round and soft, but nicely poised. Fantastic concentration of black and blue fruits. Finely textured tannin profile provides length and complexity. 

3x Niche Chardonnay 2024 - 13.00% Alc 

Pale green/straw colour. Citrus fruits are the hero with quite a deal of depth to the nose and some stone fruit notes sneaking through. Flavoursome mouthfuls of citrus and stone fruit are the hosts and blend seamlessly to create a silky rich mid palate which is voluptuous and well rounded. Some subtle hints of freshly cut grass give an interesting side note whilst crisp acidity bounds the palate into a beautiful complex and drinkable wine.

Bright and fresh red fruit flavours with satsuma plum and notes of pepper and spice.Smooth and generously layered with some savoury notes supported by fine tannins and subtle French oak. A lively acid structure binds these components into a wine that has wonderful length, generosity of fruit and elegance.
