Deep garnet in colour. The aroma is of generous dark fruit with wonderfully perfumed Cabernet Sauvignon notes. Dark chocolate and plum with some mint notes on the palate. Subtle oak and soft tannins provide depth of flavour.

Perfectly balanced with vibrant upfront red fruits and complex savoury nuances. The fruit is supported by fine ripe tannin which give definition and structure to a long and persistent finish.

2x Evil Incarnate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - 14% Alc
Deep purple red in colour. Displays blackcurrant, plum and some minty notes with well-integrated cedary oak providing a welcome complexity. Vibrant full throttle blackcurrant flavours the palate is silky smooth with chocolate and mint flavours. The wine continues with great persistence and the finish is surrounded by more complex notes of natural fruit acid balanced by oak, which create a long lingering finish.

2x 1838 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 - 14% Alc
Intense deep purple with red rim. Traditional upfront fruit style of Cabernet Sauvignon with lifted aromas of ripe red and black berry fruit with a hint of blueberry. The aromas of coffee, chocolates and aniseed provide further complexity on the nose. Full and vibrant fruit flavours of dark red and black berry are the highlight whilst more profound notes of freshly cut plum which fill the mid palate. Soft tannins go well with the elegant under lying taste of oak to make this a very approachable and easy drinking Cabernet. A very good quaffing wine that would be perfectly matched with roast lamb stuffed with garlic and Rosemary.
