Deep crimson with a violet edge. Lovely dark berry characters with fine well integrated French oak. Well-rounded fruit forward palate with blackberry, red fruits and capsicum lead towards a finish of fine-grained tannins and refined oak.

3x Niche Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 - 13.50% Alc 

Crimson with magenta/purple hues. Classic, varietal aromas of cassis with some choc-mint all work seamlessly with plums and soft oak undertones. A medium bodied wine with a rounded fruit driven palate that features rich, round velvety tannins, with plum, cassis and cherry flavours whilst the oak is soft and just a passenger.

3x Eagle Crest South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 - 13.50% Alc 

This is a full structured, well rounded red wine of immense quality. The flavours of berry fruit and blackcurrant jam with hints of cassis and mocha. Ideal with hard cheeses and hearty stews. 

2x Mount Bold McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Bright to deep crimson red. Layered aromas of dark fruits and some vanilla oak along with spice, earth and cocoa. Medium bodied with fruit flavours of dark black berry and plum with highly varietal cassis Cabernet Sauvignon characters. Rounded velvety smooth tannins flow well with the varietal fruit flavours and under lying vanilla oak.

2x Evil Incarnate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - 14.00% Alc 

Deep purple red in colour. Displays blackcurrant, plum and some minty notes with well-integrated cedary oak providing a welcome complexity. Vibrant full throttle blackcurrant flavours the palate is silky smooth with chocolate and mint flavours. The wine continues with great persistence and the finish is surrounded by more complex notes of natural fruit acid balanced by oak, which create a long lingering finish.
