Tasting Notes:

This wine displays lifted aromas of grapefruit and lime zest which reflect an outstanding vintage from our ancient soils. Intense and lively flavours of ripe citrus are woven together by complex mineral notes and a long juicy finish.

Technical:

Rich top soil of the lower Wairau Valley gives complex flavours of passionfruit and capsicum. Combine this with the influence from Rarangi alluvials and you have a wine brimming with complexity and elegance.100% single vineyard. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and transferred to the winery where it underwent temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
