Andrew McPherson grew up in the world of wine and went on to work for some top names in Australia before setting up his own independent winery. McPherson Wines have cemented themselves a reputation for quality, efficiency and innovation. For a top twenty Aussie winery, they certainly fly under the radar, but that's the way they like it. It allows winemaker Jo Nash and her team to focus on what really matters – making sophisticated wines like Gold-winning The Full Fifteen Chardonnay. It tastes just as good as (if not better) than many Chardonnays twice the price. A small amount of fermentation in oak.. Enjoy it with creamy chicken and a side of charred broccolini.
