Tasting Notes:

This wine exhibits a complex nose with lifted tropical fruits. The aromas are supported by a crisp palate trailing away to a lingering acidic finish of well defined structure. This gright, fruit driven wine is best enjoyed with Asian and seafood dishes.

It was excellent as both, a very good match with the shellfish. Wine has fresh, bright appearance, smells fresh and fruity, and has all the usual freshness, fruits and good front, middle and finish of a good SV.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mike from Sauvignon Blanc ???? If I had been doing a blind tasting I would have said it was a Chardonnay and not a Sauvignon Blanc. It is buttery like a Chardonnay and not crisp and fresh like a Sauvignon Blanc, Rather disappointed, shan't buy this one again.
