Tasting Notes:

Bright straw, touch of honey. Nutty, vanilla characters with cinnamon and spice. A complex aroma mix from the fine Chardonnay fruit and the wines maturation in oak.  Finely textured on the palate. Beautiful peachy fruits mix with buttery quinces, vanilla and spice.

Technical:

The Wines are about fruit and vineyard expression. We aim for mouthfeel and drinkability without high alcohol. Picked early for lower alcohol by nature and to enhance drinkability and longevity. The key point to Chardonnay is balancing the fruit character with the right oak character. We wanted to add layers of buttery, spicy flavour on top of the peachy fruit.
