Tasting Notes:

Translucent to pale straw in colour. Green apple, grapefruit, passion fruit and melon flavours with a deep texture then It finishes with lovely natural acidity and floral characters. Freshly cut grass, grapefruit, passion fruit and melons on the nose.

Technical:

Fruit was selected from a single vineyard then picked in the early hours of the morning whilst temperatures were still low. The fruit was crushed and pressed with a very minimal hands on approach from winemaker as our style needs fruit purity more than anything else reflecting the garden where it was grown as our name suggests. Extended lees contact developed depth of flavour and once the wine was filtered it was bottled to retain the fleshy fruit flavours of the grape.
