"Pure, dark, dense ripe nose. The palate was full and rich, but gentle. It stayed elegant and had a nice fine acidity. This was a gentle rich fresh wine and it mixed well with the food. With the salmon it was great."

"This has a touch of the old billy tea smokiness on the nose. I quite enjoyed it. Very tight with uber nettles on the palate and linear. It has pure interesting fruit. I likened it to a bit of Swedish furniture - elegant and nothing superfluous in there. Very pure by design.  With food that purity came through. It was cleansing and left you ready for the next mouthful."

"A brilliant pale straw green colour. Very classic nose of green vegetation with some nice minerality. The palate showing lovely mineral notes and a pleasing length. The minerality looked really good with the robust food flavours."

"Medium lemon in colour with a green tinge. On the nose fresh lime juice, mineral and floral. On the palate the wine was very rounded, with a great acid, but it was very floral and lifted. It seemed quite simple, but it had these lovely delicate floral flavours to it. It was a fine match with the food."

"Warm and ripe almost caramel characters on the nose along with some green beans and slightly herbal notes. A really interesting wine. On the palate juicy ripe and soft."
