Tasting Notes:

Limpid and brilliant body with golden glints. Very expressive, the nose give off a wide variety of aromas, including citrus, white peach, acacia flowers and buttery notes. The first palate is fresh and harmonious with flavours ranging from lemon zest to exotic fruits. The finish is wonderfully long.

Technical:

The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe for perfect health and then crushed rapidly. Fermented at 12 - 17 degrees to preserve all the aromas. Rapidly conserved at a low temperature. Pleasant, bright and brilliant body with golden glints.
