Tasting Notes:

We are a small group of wine enthusiasts who have taken our passion for great wine and created a Chardonnay that is irresistibly fresh and fruity.

The wine exhibits a bright yellow colour with a green edge. The nose shows tropical fruits of melon and citrus F- and a hint of honey. lt finishes with a crisp lemon peel freshness and zesty acidity, with similar effects on the palate. This versatile wine is well suited to fish and chicken, silky-textured risottos, and cream enhanced soups, sauces and pasta.
