Tasting Notes:

The wine has a bright vibrant colour with a youthful green hue. The Sparkling Moscato has lifted musk aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a sherbet perfume. The palate also shows these characters along with a tight citrus core that balances the fruitiness of this refreshing full sparkling wine.

Technical:

This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The grapes were harvested from mid-February to end of April at baumés ranging from 10.5 to 13.2. The wine went through fermentation in the Charmat method to get the desired bubble and was bottled soon after this with an alcohol of 6.5%.
