Pale straw in colour. A lifted, delicate nose with fresh lemon zest, green apple and pear notes which are enhanced by a subtle savoury complexity. A fresh, fruit driven palate with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.

"Crisp apple like complexity on the nose, and a sweet, creamy, slightly citrusy palate. Very enjoyable to drink."
