Tasting Notes:

Golden-tinted colour with delicate bubbles and a fine foam. Floral and nutty bouquet (hazelnut, almond). A lively and fresh attack. Round on the palate with honeyed aromas. The wine is very well balanced with good fruit intensity and roundness on the elegant, dry finish.

Technical:

Veuve d'Argent was founded in Burgundy, Charnay-les-Mâcon in 1920. The House Specialises in sparkling wines appreciated worldwide and joined the Boisset, Famille des Grands Vins group in 1994. The sparkling wines are produced using a natural method, with extended vat ageing, allowing the expression of the quality of the base wines, the fullness of their maturity and brightness of their aromas. The selection of base wines is made mainly from Chardonnay grape variety and depending on the vintage characteristics, in order to obtain the desired style.
