Tasting Notes:

Complex and perfumed with aromas of dark cherries and hints of spice. Impressively structured with firm tannins and a long savoury finish, this Pinot Noir from one of Mornington Peninsula's most acclaimed producers will stand the test of time.

Technical:

We source fruit for these wines from our Estate managed vineyards in Red Hill, and from a few other carefully selected vineyards around the Peninsula. These wines are an exceptional expression of the Mornington Peninsula style, with the emphasis on lively fruit. “The quality of these wines are often equal to many other vineyards best” (James Halliday).

The low yields in 2022 have produced powerful, complex pinots, with intense red cherry and spice aromas.

A perfumed nose with vibrant red and dark cherry notes, leads onto bold red fruit on the palate, underscored by fine tannins and a velvety texture.
