Tasting Notes:

As a typical example of Cool-Climate Shiraz, this wine shows terrific balance with obvious acidity and natural sweetness. With rare aroma coming from the special fruits of the year and 5 years ageing, the tannins are fine grained with savory long finish. On palate, the wine has plum, dark berries, black pepper, and some dark chocolate.

On that basis we ordered it again and have been very disappointed - it did not compare at all . Would describe it as a bit thin and limited flavour .
