Tasting Notes:

Delicious cherry and wild strawberry flavors, with a fine line of crisp acidity and a dry mineral finish that lingers, enticing you to come back for more. Crafted for enjoyment upon release.

Technical:

Specially selected parcels of Shiraz and Sangiovese were harvested in the cool of the night and gently pressed in order to maximise freshness and flavor. The juice was cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel with yeast strains selected to enhance the natural varietal characters. After a short period pf time on yeast lees the wine was bottled to preserve freshness.
