Tasting Notes:

Rich deep vibrant plum hues. The nose has ones of sweet & spicy berries. Medium bodied Shiraz with blackberry and chocolate flavours with a smooth lingering finish.

Technical:

An Australian Shiraz classically made with some extended skin contact to soften the palate. This wine was matured in older American oak to allow the fruit aromas to develop and tannins to naturally soften.

Must be one of the best value wines around. Typical shiraz berries on the palate and a smooth finish. What a crazy label, although it seems less so after a few glasses!

We were pleasantly surprised & when offered a second case a few weeks later I had no hesitation in purchasing. Unfortunately stocks were depleted very quickly so when a friend tried to put through an order about 30 minutes later it was sold out.
