Tasting Notes:

A balance and intensely varietal palate of black fruits and pepper. Judicious use of seasoned oak contributes to a soft tannin finish.

Technical:

The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed into a selection of fermenters, inoculated with a neutral wine yeast and fermented for 14 days on skins. The wine was pressed to seasoned French and America oak barrels for 12 months maturation.
