Pale salmon and apricot hues with a light golden rim lead to the bouquet of complexity, ripeness and intrigue. Scents of nectarine and red apple along with a floral highlight and fine lees and sift wet stone mineral idea.  Crisp and dry on the palate with textures noticed first - fine tannins and acidity frame core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet with the addition of a citrus peel. Balanced and well made with the finish highlighting a mineral and lees complexity.
