Deep brick red with purple tints. Good varietal Shiraz fruit as represent the cool climate variety . Ripe berry, with some spice complexity. The palate is fresh, clean ripe berry flavour. Spice and peppery. Medium+ bodied, soft palate flavour, with good soft tannin structure, and soft acid finish. Good fruit sweetness, very slight jammy flavour.
