Tasting Notes:

This Shiraz displays plenty of colour and deep ripe fruit, not too much oak was added but there's enough to add great structure. It's made to be enjoyed young and goes particularly well with charcoal grilled sirloin.

Technical:

A group of young and not quite so young wine makers got together to create 'The Guild' where they can release their own creations as a collective while allowing their individual style to shine through.
