Happy quaffer from
Great Choice
Very pleasant change from straight shiraz being my usual preference - just bought another case.
Pleasant bouquet and smooth on the palate. Discerning friends also enjoyed it.

Delightful
Rich and smooth on the palate, we have thoroughly enjoyed this delightful drop. And a real bargain for the price! We will be looking out for it again to add to our cellar.

Best Cabernet Shiraz I have purchased from GWD.
What a top drop. It is up there with a Penfolds 407according to several friends.
I have just purchased another carton to put away for a few years.
It should be absolutely fantastic in 2-3 years.
This would have to be the best value for money to date!
Cheers

Simply the best value wine I have bought in ages.
Thougjt I had bought some good wines lately, but this wine is a little cracker. Very smooth and satisfying on the taste buds. Have bought much more expensive wines no where near this quality.

Most enjoyable
Hardys Siegersdorf - the name rang a bell from times long past. The wine was as good as I remembered and at a very reasonable price

Smooth & easy
A wine that likes to breath for a short while first, but once it's caught it's breath it settles to a smooth shiraz blend with nice, soft edges thanks to the Cabernet.

Great value at this price
Quite smooth; fine enough to take to dinner parties, and excellent value so can also be an everyday quaffer.

Pleasant surprise
I bought this wine few weeks ago and absolutely love it!
Not yet my favourite (I prefer Chambourcin), but I'm sorry I only bought 1 case.

Nice drop
I bought this a couple of weeks ago & can say it really is a nice drop. I now realise I should have bought twice as much as it was such good value (now that I've tasted it)!

A nicely crafted wine
Bought this wine some few weeks back but only just got to crack a bottle. The wine is well balanced, with both grape varieties showing through, and a nicely developed complexity. Should age well, though it probably will not in my cellar - it's too tempting to open another bottle!

Great Cab/Shiraz from Langhorne Creek
A rich deep purple in colour with great dark cherry and plum flavours. This wine is well balanced and finishes silky smooth and is great value.

Medium (+) bodied, good colour, great feel
Normally prefer shiraz but was tempted by the cab sauv description and of course the price factor. A good move! Very lightly chilled on a summer's evening it proved to be most rewarding. Easy drinking, great flavour (lingers), hard to protect from friends and family.

Value Added
On the basis of 3 points for color, 7 points for bouquet and 10 points for taste, this wine got 16/20 from me BUT it is one the best-value-for-money wines I have encountered.

Very good drinking for the price
I have now bought a second dozen of this shiraz. To me it has the tones of a wine that you'd expect to pay a good deal more for. Easy drinking, yet has some of the popular shiraz depth.
