Tasting Notes:

Velvety-fruity Rotweincuveé from Veneto. Nestled in a velvety tannin structure, there are fruity components of ripe strawberries, plums and currants and subtle vanilla tones carried in a slight touch of wood. The bouquet infatuated with aromas of fresh rose petals, strawberries young, light cedar and dark bittersweet chocolate notes.

Technical:

Forte Elerone a name as old as the wine culture in Italy itself. It stands for a line of excellent red wines produced in Italy’s most famous wine regions and uniting all the climatic and geographic specialties from the north till the to the south Italy’s. An imposing composition made of the nature the winemakers and our quality managers.

After a gentle harvest in the hills of Veneto, the ripe berries are manufactured in the classic Italian way. Insertion in wood barrels and frequently submergion by hand extracts the maximum flavour from the grapes. After the fermentation, a part of the young aromatic wine is matured in barrique barrels. The result is a deep ruby red wine, with a velvet bouquet of redcurrant and blackberries, fully engaging the mouth and with a long fruity aftertaste.

A great wine at a great price. Recommended
