Tasting Notes:

Blackcurrant, plum with hints of chocolate and aniseed coming through, giving a full palate of flavour's. The fruit was gently pressed to allow full expression of flavours. This is a medium bodied wine which has good length, and typical characteristics of a Barossa Cabernet. Soft tannin's and rounded oak give a beautiful finish.
