Tasting Notes:

The 2013 Doc Adams McLaren Vale GSM colour is red brick to black. At first it emits a spicy and cherry ripe aroma that later develops into blackcurrant. The palate is a rich dry red style with lasting flavours. Spicy and chocolate liquorice undertones lead to intensity and complexity on the palate. Some touches of oak influence is prevalent. New Russian and old French oak has been utilised. Blend is Grenache 60% Shiraz 20% and Mataro 20%.

Technical:

The 2013 Doc Adams GSM reflects a traditional McLaren Vale blend from the Rhone Valley, France. Tremendous colour, long lasting flavours and wonderful structure.
