Rich deep purple to black in colour with a bright cherry red edge. Dark chocolate, stone fruit, spice and earthiness on the nose and classic varietal Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon flavours of juicy rich dark sweet fruit, mocha chocolate with balanced acid and tannic grip on the palate.

Technical:

The 2015 Pappy's Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant wine made from premium long established vineyards. Gentle tannin extraction and post ferment skin maceration. Oak treatment French and American oak for 24 months maturation. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 8 years.
