Tasting Notes:

Deep rich crimson in colour. Lovely rich bouquet of chocolate, plums and blackberry. The palate is highlighted by intense flavours of black forest fruits, plums and mulberries. Aged in oak the flavour has infiltrated the wine without overpowering it. It is a full-bodied with soft velvety tannins and a long finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Raymond from Amazing Taste I have been buying Barossa Valley wines for several years now, but I was quite surprised with the taste from this Carrot Block Shiraz. Whilst this wine is quite young (2020) it has both colour and taste of an older wine. I'll certainly lookout for this brand again.

I would have no qualms in referring this wine to my friends and would have total confidence in a positive response.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hillzy from Dodgy label, great wine Have just ordered another couple of cases of this most acceptable shiraz and can confirm that as from now, this is my "go to" every day quaffer . Full bodied, deep in colour with a nice hint of oak and it improves when decanted. Give it a try but leave some for my next order!!!
