Tasting Notes:

Bunker Bears Cabernet Merlot is deep purple in colour. The bouquet exhibits mesmerizing aromas of blackberry fruit and dusty oak, characteristic of the Margaret River wine region. The appetizing palate is fruit driven and appealing, with bold tannin flavours and a persistent finish

Technical:

Bunkers imports fruit for this magnificent wine from premium vineyards in the north of Margaret River, where denser, juicier and more flavoursome grapes are cultivated. The vintage conditions were pleasant and warm throughout the growing season, with mild rains mid-vintage having no effect on the yield.

Carefully selected and handpicked grapes were fermented in open vats and then matured in oak barrels for a time period of twelve months. They were then fined, clarified and finally bottled.
