Our Outback Jack Wines are easy drinking and true to varietal style. This 2016 Shiraz is well balanced and fruit driven with soft and well balanced tannins. Outback Jack Shiraz palate is soft yet full-bodied with well-defined flavours of plum, red currant and mocha, leading to a long, rich oak finish.

The wine fits the description on the label - it has great deep colour, complex berry flavours and a nose that hints to its quality. It came in two half dozen cases and I will mark one to put away for another year as I feel it will develop with some bottle age.
