A quintessential example of the region, this Adelaide Hills Cabernet Sauvignon has rich, ripe berry and minty leaf characteristics, well integrated with fine vanillin oak notes. Deep cherry red in colour with a crimson hue. Firm velvety tannins provide length and structure, creating a wondering lingering palate.

After drinking their 2012 last year you can appreciate what a little time in the cellar will do to this vintage. Strong aromas, dry, dark fruit with a chewy tannic finish. Big BBQ wine now, if you need more finesse, put it to the back of the cupboard.
