Tasting Notes:

This is a medium bodied style with ample red berries that are complemented by spicy flavours and a light touch of herbal overtones on the finish. The palate is smooth enhances the fruit and soft tannins. A vibrant, easy to drink wine.


Technical:

The must is racked and the temperature brought to 20 degrees Celsius for a slow fermentation to retain maximum flavours and freshness. We use a combination of aged in tanks and some wine matured in 3 to 4 year old barrels adding body and structure. The wine is left to settle prior to being cross flow filtered and bottled. Extreme handling and care maintains strong and fruit driven characters.
