Silvery pink color. Bright, fruity aromas and flavors of strawberry granola in cream and floral honey with a silky, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a sleek, medium-length apple, cherry, almond brittle, and minerals finish with crunchy, fruit tannins and no oak. A crisp and crunchy rosé with lively acidity.

Cuvee Des Lices Cotes De Provence Rose 2015

Limpid, brilliant pink colour. Nose revealing aromas of while flowers (honeysuckle) and pit fruits (peach). Rich, potent and fresh mouthfeel, offering remarkable flavour persistence. Its silky smooth structure confers a pleasant long loasting finish.

Domaine Fontval IGP Mediterranee Rose 2015

Beautiful brilliant pale pink colour. Pleasant nose offering aromas of red berries with subtle notes of raspberries. The mouthfeel is fresh and fruity and boasts a remarkably long finish.

Florette Coteaux Varois En Provence Rose 2015

The grapes are picked early in the morning so as to press the fruit directly after picking. This is followed by low-temperature clarification then fermentation using yeasts selected for their high thiol yield.

Cuvee Des Lices Cotes De Provence Rose 2015

Picked in the coolness of the night at the point of balance between sugar and acidity, the grapes are subjected to mild direct pressing. This is followed be fermentation of free run juice at low temperature to ensure optimal preservation of the flavours.

Domaine Fontval IGP Mediterranee Rose 2015

The grapes are pressed immediately after picking early in the morning, followed by fermentation of juices at controlled temperature. 70% Granache, 30% Mourvedre.
